Prior to founding Aretex, Andrew was Partner and Head of North America at ZZ Capital International, a publicly listed, Hong Kong-based investment firm.

Previously, Andrew was a partner at Metalmark Capital, a firm established by the former principals of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Prior to the formation of Metalmark, Andrew was an investment executive of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Earlier in his career, Andrew was an investment executive in the Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group, and Salomon Smith Barney’s Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Andrew received both a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to Aretex, David was a Director at ZZ Capital International, a publicly listed, Hong Kong-based investment firm, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing private investments in North America and Europe.

Previously, David executed private equity transactions at Fremont Private Holdings, the direct private investment arm of one of the largest single-family offices in North America, and at Metalmark Capital (formerly Morgan Stanley Capital Partners), a leading middle market private equity firm.

Earlier in his career, David worked in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley.

David received a B.A. in Economics and History from Duke University.
